Greyson Chance: The Little Lion

For those of you that have been hidden under a  rock and don't know who Greyson Chance is well, he's a 13 year old walking, breathing explosive, TNT, a pint sized dynamo.  He sings with the force of a tornado roaring through the landscape. Greyson plays the piano with seeming ease and writes songs that are profound beyond his tender age (see stars ).
Chance became a U-Tube sensation when he sang Lady Gaga's Paparazzi at a music recital in Edmond, Ok. The clever performance was recorded by his father complete with footage of wide-eyed young star- struck girls who didn't know what to make of this force of nature. The video was uploaded to Greyson's U-Tube page. His brother Tanner had the foresight to send a copy of the video to the Ellen Show.
Ellen Degeneres then invited Chance to appear on her talk show. The world was then able to see this very charming and talented young man in action and the rest is, as they say, history. Ellen started a record company called ElevenEleven and signed Greyson as her first artist.
Approximately 30 million U-Tube views later this young man is on his way. His first single is due out shortly and is eagerly awaited by a diverse groups of fans, young and old, black and white, and everything in between, all over the world. All I can say is let's sit back and watch this incredible talent take over the music business. I think a lot of people are gonna be surprised by just how successful  this little Lion, he is a Leo, Greyson Chance becomes. I can't wait for the next chapter.

Rob Nelson World News Now (WNN)

Ok, so I,m one of those admitted insomniacs that seem to always end up watching WNN. They deliver the news in such an entertaining format that next to the internet it is my most enjoyable source of catching up on what people are thinking and talking about. So when they reported that Jeremy Hubbard had been promoted and was leaving I was more than a little anxious.
You see, night owl's like me are creatures of habit and we don't take kindly to these types of changes. I felt like I was being betrayed by ABC News. Who would replace Jeremy? We had grown accustomed to the big, then the skinny (no pun intended) Jeremy. Why were they ruining my late night routine? I was determined to sulk. Must everything good be taken away? Vinita Nair and Jeremy Hubbard had incredible chemistry that could not be easily replicated, right?
Wrong, they found this guy from New Orleans named Rob Nelson. We dont know much about Rob but I think this will soon change. One of the most down to earth and personable anchors I have ever seen. Watching Rob is like getting the news from an old friend. He shatters that old adage that you have to be stuffy to deliver the news. He has an excellent sense of humor and is just the right mix of serious journalist, sugar- coated with charm and likability.  Who wouldn't want to hang out with this guy? Rob Nelson has done the almost impossible by successfully replacing Jeremy Hubbard and, in the process, bringing Vinita out of her shell even more. WNN has definitely surpassed itself this time and kept this insomniac and news lover happy, informed and entertained. Just wish I knew more about Rob. MISSION STATEMENT

I will simply be posting my thoughts and opinions on a number of different subjects that have captured my interest. Think of it as a 'This is how I see it" sort of a thing. These posts are those of an interested observer, nothing more and certainly nothing less. It is The Blay Way.
